Meet Your Therapist
Most people don't come to therapy because they're "broken." They come because they've been carrying too much, for too long. Whether it's anxiety that never switches off, relationships that keep repeating the same painful patterns, grief that refuses to leave, or simply feeling unlike yourself—therapy offers a place to finally make sense of it all.
For over 17 years, I've worked with individuals across India and around the world, helping them understand not just what they're feeling, but why they're feeling it—and how lasting change becomes possible.
Many people spend years trying to manage their emotions. My work focuses on understanding where those emotions come from.
Together, we explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that quietly shape the way you think, feel, love, cope, and respond to life. When those patterns begin to change, symptoms often begin to change too.
Therapy should never feel like being analysed. It should feel like sitting with someone who genuinely wants to understand your story.
Clients often tell me they finally feel seen, understood, and able to speak openly without fear of being judged.
My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you understand yourself deeply enough that the right decisions begin to feel clearer.
There isn't one method that works for everyone. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, relational psychotherapy, and other evidence-supported approaches—but I adapt them to you, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model.
Therapy should feel human before it feels clinical.
Over the years I've been invited to contribute to conversations around mental health through television, newspapers, podcasts, workshops, and professional talks.
I've been fortunate to receive recognition for my work, but the part I value most has always remained the same:
Watching someone leave therapy feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves than when they first arrived.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You only need the willingness to begin.
Healing doesn't happen overnight, but understanding yourself can change the direction of your life in ways you may not yet imagine.
